Schweppes, a premium beverage brand, has introduced a new 40cl PET bottle in the Nigerian market.

A statement said this latest addition enhanced Schweppes’ existing brand variants including Virgin Mojito, Chapman, and Pineapple with malt extract, the company said in a statement.

The launch event took place Lagos, and was attended by celebrities from the entertainment industry and corporate executives.

The Marketing Director of Coca-Cola Nigeria, Yusuf Murtala, highlighted the innovative essence behind the Schweppes 40cl PET bottle launch, emphasising its aim to redefine social interactions and create positive connections among consumers.

He said, “Schweppes has a legacy of delivering exceptional and enduring flavours. Our goal is to enhance our consumers’ interaction with the brand. Through our innovative new bottles, consumers can relish our premium offerings and experience refreshment at their convenience.”

Addressing the audience, the Senior Marketing Manager, Flavours, Coca-Cola Nigeria, Adesoji Omoigui, emphasised the Schweppes family’s commitment to providing an elevated and gratifying socialising experience.

“The Virgin Mojito, Chapman, and Pineapple with Malt Extract variants in the PET bottles represent the perfect fusion of taste and style, catering to the discerning preferences of our consumers,” she said.
